Soha Ali is the Founder, CEO, and President of MindsAlike — a nonprofit dedicated to improving youth mental health, literacy, education, and community engagement. Her work sits at the intersection of advocacy and infrastructure: writing the bylaws, opening the partnerships, and mentoring the next class of young leaders.
She believes stronger communities are built when young people are trusted with real responsibility. From launching lending libraries to organizing mental health first aid, Soha's leadership pairs editorial calm with operational discipline.
Under her direction, MindsAlike has grown from a single-school initiative to a multi-chapter organization partnering with libraries, hospitals, community centers, and legislators.
